Tricia Marbain Kraybill founded Silver Trophy Equine to address a long-standing gap in the equestrian construction industry: the lack of cohesive, equestrian-led guidance throughout the building process.
With a background rooted in horses and competitive riding in multiple disciplines, Tricia brings firsthand understanding of how arenas and facilities function in daily use. She works closely with clients to guide design decisions, coordinate engineering and construction teams, and advocate for outcomes that serve both horse and rider.
Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm leadership style, Tricia acts as a trusted point of coordination throughout each project—ensuring the experience is as well managed as the final structure.
