A true equestrian facility should support both horse and rider. Silver Trophy Equine specializes in designing and consulting on high-performance barns, arenas, and equestrian facilities built around the needs of horses and riders
An equestrian house merges luxury residential architecture with highly functional equine facilities. Rather than placing a standard home next to a barn, we engineer a single, coordinated living ecosystem.
Our designs prioritize biosecurity, advanced airflow, and aesthetic cohesion between human and equine spaces.
Stay closely connected to your horses without sacrificing residential luxury. We balance active barn utility with sophisticated finishes, fire-resistant steel frameworks, and glare-free lighting.
We bring a white-glove approach to creating premium residential equestrian estates. Servicing clients nationwide and internationally from Pennsylvania, our project capabilities are never limited by geography.
We execute specialized turnkey builds nationwide for discerning clients, as well as international projects across US Virgin Islands and South America.
Our specialists manage the complete creation of your custom equestrian estate, handling structural engineering, materials, and labor so you remain focused on your horses.
Building an integrated equestrian estate involves critical structural considerations. You must weigh direct stable access convenience against acoustic and environmental lifestyle boundaries.
Attached layouts offer unmatched convenience for late-night wellness checks and all-weather arena access. Detached designs establish clear boundaries and distinct architectural styles.
Integrating living quarters requires commercial-grade air handling and isolated HVAC corridors to eliminate noise, dust, and stable odors.
Local agricultural and residential zoning regulations dictate possibilities. We help navigate compliance early while preserving land integrity.
Our team understands the daily requirements of high-performance horses and riders. We communicate transparently throughout the entire design, material procurement, and construction journey, providing clear timelines and firm expectations from day one.
Our process relies on unified execution. We ensure structural safety for your horses aligns flawlessly with luxury architectural details, never compromising animal wellness, joint safety, or human living comfort.
We bring refined aesthetics and uncompromised structural utility to every estate build.
Every design decision (footing, roof, acoustics, ventilation) is evaluated through one lens: what do horse and rider need from this space?
We don't just plan training spaces; we help shape the property where your grandchildren will ride. Heavy-duty structural engineering, microclimate resilience, and material longevity are our baseline standards.
C2C certified and LEED point eligible, our facilities are engineered for total land stewardship. We prioritize microclimate resilience, sustainable material sourcing, efficient water management, and soil preservation to protect your property's natural ecosystem for generations.
Brings together master architects, engineers, fabricators, and specialized build crews who understand equine environments and the precision they demand.
Turn your dream equestrian property into a distinguished destination. Silver Trophy Equine provides expert guidance, custom design solutions, and carefully selected materials to create facilities that combine beauty, durability, and elite-level performance.

“Tricia and her team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and responsiveness throughout our collaboration. She worked hand-in-hand to address all inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly, consistently meeting and even exceeding our expectations. As a Therapeutic & Adaptive Riding center, we greatly appreciate their dedication to providing an arena tailored to our budget and the needs of our participants. Many professionals in the industry have commented on how well-made and beautiful our arena is! We would highly recommend We Cover Arenas and Tricia for all of your arena needs - and we have!”
"My long time Bestie, Cynthia Keating, encouraged me to give it one more look and introduced me to Tricia! She really had me in the first conversation when I realized right away that she was a true horse person and someone on the same page with me in terms of taste and the tranquility of my farm! And she got the impractical reality of a huge expense on my private farm! She introduced me to the WE Cover Arenas and said we could get one in by Christmas!! And she did just that! My structure was up in a mere three weeks under the "old time" efficient and dedicated work ethic of Fair Creek Builders. We have now ridden in the arena for 2 months of mid-winter in a non-confining yet warm, dry, and bright cover! Many of my friends have come over to try it, and every single horse has taken a sigh of relief and been relaxed and comfortable under this cover that provides a well-lit, comfortable working area!! I can't say enough good things about my whole experience with Tricia Kraybill of Silver Trophy, WEcovers, and Fair Creek Builders."
Tricia and her team are the most helpful with design and staying in budget. She can build cover with intention to expand or enclose later. The fabric roof is 25 year warranty- NATURAL LIGHT and cooler than other materials. Everyone who sees ours is absolutely blown away at “the feel” … like being outside but with a roof for protection.
